Dhiraj Kumar Shrivastav is a Chartered Accountant and Advocate with over 10 years of professional experience in Direct Taxation, GST, and International Tax advisory. His core expertise includes business structuring, MLI impact analysis, transfer pricing documentation and reporting, tax planning, and litigation services.
He has contributed in International Taxation and GST Publications of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), case law analysis, and pre- and post-Budget representations submitted to the CBDT.
In addition to tax and regulatory advisory, he is a SEBI–NISM Certified professional in Derivatives and Financial Markets. He is experienced in international contract negotiations and advises MNEs and HNIs on ODI and FDI compliance and assists clients with end-to-end business setup and structuring in India, the UAE, and the USA.
